Membership Terms & Conditions

PARTIES: Member agrees that by signing this Agreement, Member has purchased a memberships and/or related services from Trophy Club of Apalachee for which Member agrees to all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and applicable to such membership and/or related services. Member further agrees to conform to and abide by all Players Club rules and regulations and other policies as well as any club or course-specific rules.
GENERAL PROVISIONS & TERMS: The term of this Agreement shall be month to month and shall commence on the date this Agreement is executed and payment of the first months' Plan Fee is received ("Effective Date"). Member agrees to make timely payments of the monthly Plan Fee and any and all other charges incurred by Member (if any). Member agrees to maintain a current credit card account in Member's name on file as part of Member's Players Club profile. Member agrees that the credit card on file will be charged each month for the corresponding Plan Fee. Member further agrees that the Club is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the Club billing Member's credit card.
CLUB ACCESS; MEMBERSHIP TYPE: Member agrees that Member has selected the Club access level and membership type designated by Member. Membership grants Member a revocable license to use the facilities at Trophy Club of Apalachee or any participating club, as applicable, as outlined by the benefits and terms and conditions located on the Player's Club website for Trophy Club of Apalachee and/or any participating club. Member agrees that Member's benefits are non-transferable and do not give Member any rights in Trophy Club of Apalachee or in any participating club, as applicable, or in the management, property or operations of thereof. Membership types and rates sold in connection with the Players Club are subject to change and can vary from time to time. Any special promotional membership types and/or rates, privileges, usage, hours or available facilities shall only be valid at the club of enrollment, unless otherwise noted or agreed to by the Club and/or participating clubs. "Single Club Membership" provides access to Players Club benefits at the selected club only. "All Club Memberships" provide access to all clubs registered within and participating in the "All Club Membership" program. The "All Club Membership" program and roster of participating clubs may change from time to time without notice as participating clubs may be added or removed periodically. There is no guarantee that a specified number of clubs or that specific clubs will always participate in the program. A list of participating clubs can be found at FUTURE ALL CLUB WEBSITE.
SUPREME GOLF NETWORK; MEMBERSHIP TYPE: Member agrees that by joining selected club membership type Member also becomes a member of the Supreme Golf Network membership. The Supreme Golf Network provides members access to tee time specials and/or other deals at participating Supreme Golf Network courses. Members name, email, and other contact information will be shared with Supreme Golf for fulfillment of Supreme Golf Network specials and other Supreme Golf Network related marketing.
FINANCIAL POLICY & NOTICES:
a) Plan Fees and Other Fees: Member agrees to pay the Plan Fees and other fees outlined in the registration process. Member's monthly Plan Fee will be automatically charged to the payment method registration on the same day each month. If Member's membership is purchased on a day that does not exist in the subsequent month, Member will be charged on the last day of that month. Players Club has the right to increase monthly Plan Fees upon 30 days' advance notice via e-mail to Member's e-mail address on file. Plan Fees may be subject to applicable taxes and processing fees on a monthly basis as determined by the local sales tax and the Club.
b) Minimum Commitments: Member agrees to remain a member in good standing for a minimum of sixty (60) consecutive days from the Effective Date (the "Loyalty Period"). Any memberships canceled or terminated during the Loyalty Period shall be charged for a minimum of two (2) months' Plan Fees. Member understands that the monthly Plan Fee will not be waived under any circumstances, regardless of whether the Member exercises Member's Player's Club benefits in any given month.
c) Cancellations/Terminations: All cancellation requests must be submitted via the https://sgnavigator.app/portal/tca/memberships and shall be effective thirty (30) days from such submission; therefore, Member shall be responsible for all dues and other fees or charges incurred during the 30-day notice period. Members who are unable to log into the https://sgnavigator.app/portal/tca/memberships may mail written, cancellation requests to: 1008 Dacula Rd. Dacula, Georgia 30019. The Club reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate Member's membership immediately in the event of any violation of the Club's Rules and Regulations or other policy of the Club by Member or any other authorized user under the membership.
UPGRADES & TRANSFERS: Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership levels without any penalty at any time. Members may also relocate a single club membership from one club to another eligible and participating club without any penalty. To upgrade, downgrade or relocate a membership, Members must log into their online accounts and complete the transaction request from there. MINORS: Member acknowledges that children under 16 years of age must be signed into the Club by a parent or guardian, and children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the Club. Members shall at all times comply with the Rules & Regulations and other policies of the club.
RELEASES: For and in consideration of the provision of a https://sgnavigator.app/portal/tca/memberships membership and related benefits to Member, Member promises to and agrees to pay for any damages that are sustained to Club property and/or other participating course's property, including any golf cart in Member's possession or the possession of any authorized user or guest, and Member assumes all risks of operating such cart. Member represents that Member and all authorized users and guests of Member are familiar with the operation of golf carts, that Member and any authorized user or guest of Member operating a golf cart is over 16 years of age and has a valid driver's license and that Member and all authorized users and guests of Member operating golf carts have read and understand any instructions for the operation of carts which have been provided to Member. Member, on Member's own behalf as well as on behalf of the authorized users and/or guests of Member, further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its employees, agents, shareholders, assigns, successors, partners, members, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other related entities, from and against any liability, injury, loss, damage or claim of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through the use of the cart of the Club's facilities, including but not limited to loss of property, personal injury and death, to Member or to any authorized user or guests of Member, whether or not such damage, loss or injury was the result of the negligent acts or omissions of the Club.
Additionally, Member, on behalf of Member, Member's spouse and eligible dependents, if applicable, grants the Club and any participating clubs the right to take photographs of (or to arrange to have photographs taken), to film, to tape and/or record Member, Member's spouse and/or eligible dependents and authorizes the Club and any participating Club to use and publish the same in print and/or electronic format, and Member further agrees that the Club or any participating club may use such photographs, films, tapes and/or recordings of Member, Member's spouse and eligible dependents, if applicable, including Member's image(s) and/or likeness and/or the image(s) and/or likeness of Member's spouse and eligible dependents, with or without identifying the name(s) of the persons in the photograph, without compensation, for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising and web content.

SUPREME GOLF NETWORK; MEMBERSHIP TYPE: Member agrees that by joining selected club membership type Member also becomes a member of the Supreme Golf Network membership. The Supreme Golf Network provides members access to tee time specials and/or other deals at participating Supreme Golf Network courses. Members name, email, and other contact information will be shared with Supreme Golf for fulfillment of Supreme Golf Network specials and other Supreme Golf Network related marketing.
