By booking a tee time and/or participating in golf activities at Trophy Club of Apalachee, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

Golf and use of the golf course involve inherent risks that cannot always be eliminated. By entering and using the golf course, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with playing golf and being on the property, including, but not limited to:
- Errant or misdirected golf balls and golf clubs.
- Golf carts, including collisions, overturning, mechanical issues, and other cart-related incidents.
- Uneven, wet, slippery, or otherwise hazardous terrain.
- Hills, slopes, bunkers, water hazards, drainage areas, bridges, tunnels, cart paths, and other course features.
- Inclement or changing weather conditions, including lightning, rain, wind, heat, and storms.
- Contact or accidents involving other golfers, guests, employees, maintenance personnel, or vehicles.
- Course maintenance activities and equipment.
- Wildlife, insects, snakes, or other naturally occurring conditions.
- Personal injury, property damage, or other risks associated with participating in or being present on the golf course.
You understand that golf is an outdoor sport and that course conditions and weather can change throughout the day. You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution and making reasonable decisions regarding your own safety.
Golf Cart & Course Safety
All golfers and guests must follow posted signs, traffic controls, golf cart rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by Trophy Club of Apalachee employees. Golf carts must be operated responsibly and only by individuals authorized to operate them with valid driver’s license.
Golfers are responsible for maintaining control of their golf cart and for the safety of their passengers and others around them. Golfers must use caution when traveling near slopes, bridges, tunnels, cart paths, crossing areas, and other potentially hazardous locations.
Tee Time Reservations:
- Tee times are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage patrons to make reservations in advance to secure preferred tee times.
- Cancellations or changes to tee times should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Fivesomes: All golfers are required to play in a group of 1-4 golfers. Groups are prohibited from playing as a fivesome or greater at any time. No exceptions.
Rain Check Policy:
- Rain checks may be issued at the discretion of the Manager on Duty when weather conditions significantly impact play.
- All rain checks are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and must be used within that 30-day period. Rain checks expire after 30 days and have no cash value.
- If it is actively raining at the time of check-in and a golfer elects to begin their round, they acknowledge and accept the existing weather conditions. In this situation, the Manager on Duty reserves the right to decline issuing a rain check if the golfer later chooses to discontinue play due to the same or continuing weather conditions.
  
  By choosing to begin play while rain or other adverse weather conditions are present, golfers acknowledge that they are accepting those conditions and understand that a rain check may not be issued.
Attire:
- Appropriate golf attire is required at all times. This includes collared shirts, golf shorts or pants, and soft-spiked golf shoes. No denim or metal spikes are allowed.
Alcohol and Tobacco:
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in designated areas only.
- Outside Coolers and Alcohol are not permitted on property and will be confiscated if you are caught with alcohol not purchased on property
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas, and the use of e-cigarettes is subject to the same policies as traditional smoking.
- Alcohol will only be sold to guests 21 years of age or older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all alcohol purchases.
Additional Riders / Pets:
- Additional riders may be permitted on select days and during certain times when the golf course is not busy. Please contact the Golf Shop prior to your tee time to confirm whether an additional rider can be accommodated. Additional riders are subject to cart availability and course demand, and a rider fee may apply. Approval is at the discretion of the Golf Shop and is not guaranteed.
- Pets are not allowed on the golf course, with the exception of service animals.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by booking a tee time and entering or using the golf course, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with golf and voluntarily assume those risks.
You agree to release and hold harmless Trophy Club of Apalachee, its owners, operators, management, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from the inherent risks of participating in or being present at golf activities, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived or released under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a tee time, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Tee-Time Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them as a condition of entering and using the golf course.
Trophy Club of Apalachee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that reservation, subject to applicable law.
